1. WHAT COOKIES ARE
Cookies are small text files saved on your device. They keep the Site working (e.g. login session), remember preferences and — if you consent — measure site usage in aggregate form.
2. OUR CATEGORIES
We split cookies into three groups. Your choices are stored locally in your browser (q4k_consent cookie, 365 days) and logged anonymously server-side to satisfy the proof-of-consent obligation (GDPR art. 7).

2.2 Analytics (consent required)
Currently inactive. We will enable Google Analytics 4 with anonymized IP only after your explicit consent. Purpose: aggregate measurement of page performance, reading time, booking funnel completion. No individual profiling, no remarketing.

2.3 Marketing
Listed for future transparency. We currently use no marketing, retargeting or advertising cookies. If we do introduce them we will update this policy and request fresh consent.
3. GOOGLE CONSENT MODE v2
The Site implements Google Consent Mode v2 with denied default. Google scripts receive consent only after your explicit choice, ensuring that no analytics or advertising cookie is dropped before that moment.
4. HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PREFERENCES
You can review and change your choices at any time:

5. CONSENT LOG
Every choice is stored in the consent_logs table of our Supabase database (eu-west-1 region). We save: an anonymous ID (not linkable to your identity), the choice made, the accepted policy version, the date, a daily hash of your IP (non-reversible), the user agent. Retention: 24 months. Purpose: demonstrate valid consent in case of inspection by the Italian Data Protection Authority (GDPR art. 7 §1).
