METHOD 1 — Email request (available now)
Send an email to privacy@quota4000.com with subject "Account deletion request" and body:
I request complete deletion of my account and all personal data
associated with Quota 4000 under GDPR Art. 17.
Account email: [your email]
Login method: [Google / Facebook / other]
We process requests within 30 days and send written confirmation. Personal data will be:
- Deleted from our databases
- Removed from backups within 90 days (Supabase backup rotation)
- Your reviews will be anonymized or deleted at your choice
METHOD 2 — From user area (available after auth goes live)
- Sign in to your account on quota4000.com
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account
- Confirm via password or email verification
- Receive immediate email confirmation
WHAT IS DELETED
- User profile (name, email, avatar, preferences)
- Messages sent to schools
- Photos uploaded for review verification
- Newsletter subscription
- Authentication tokens
WHAT IS KEPT FOR LEGAL OBLIGATIONS
- Confirmed bookings: kept 10 years for tax purposes (minimal transaction data only)
- Security logs: 12 months for fraud prevention
- Public reviews: anonymized or fully deleted at your choice
LINKED ACCOUNTS
If you logged in via Google or Facebook, deleting your Quota 4000 account does not delete your Google/Facebook account. Only deletes data stored by Quota 4000.
