TOP FREEFLY DROPZONES

18 selected DZs where the global freefly scene builds skill: adjacent tunnel, international organisers, multiple aircraft. From 2-way head-up consolidation to dynamic big-way.

What makes a DZ "freefly-ready"

Four factors, all necessary

01
Adjacent or nearby tunnel

Freefly is built in tunnel before it's brought to the sky. Eloy (SkyVenture Arizona), Perris (iFLY SoCal), Empuriabrava (iFLY Barcelona nearby), Dubai (Inflight Dubai): all have tunnel within useful range.

02
Recurring international organisers

The DZ alone isn't enough — what matters is who visits. Summerfest, Freefly Festival, Holiday Boogie bring top organisers that make the difference across a camp week.

03
Multiple aircraft / capacity

Freefly camps need many jumps in short time. Single-aircraft is limiting: 2-3 simultaneous Otter/Skyvan is the difference between 8 and 20+ jumps per day.

04
Weather tolerance and operational window

Freefly in high wind is dangerous. DZs with predictable weather (Arizona, Spain, Florida) beat seasonally-closed DZs. Pick where the window is stable.
