Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?
Yes. Quota 4000 is free for skydivers. The platform is funded by the tandem section (B2C, first jump) and by the paid dashboard for schools, not by your data.
Do I need to be a licensed skydiver?
No. You can sign up as "AFF student", "enthusiast" or "tandem-curious". The system filters events based on what you declare on your profile.
How does ENAC licence verification work?
You upload a photo of the licence, the AI extracts number, holder name and date. A moderator approves or rejects within 24h. Once verified, you get a "Verified Licence" badge on your profile.
Will I get spam?
No. Notifications are opt-in granular (per event category, region and discipline), there's an anti-flood throttle (max 1 email/day with digest), and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from Profile → Preferences, or by requesting full deletion via /data-deletion. GDPR-compliant procedure: your data is deleted within 30 days.
Does Quota 4000 sell my data?
No. No third-party ad-tech, no marketing integrations. Data stays on European infrastructure (Supabase EU + Vercel EU edge).
